How to reach the desk, what is worth writing about and how a correction is handled.

What is worth writing about

A figure that does not match the page it cites, a link that has moved, a sentence that says more than the source does, or a question about how a number was counted. If a page that was refused to this site now opens, tell the desk.

What happens to a correction

The sentence or table row is changed in place and the date of the change is added. A figure is never edited silently, because every figure here is valid for the day it was read.

What the desk cannot answer

It cannot give personal investment advice, say whether to open an account or copy a strategy, or help with a broker's account, a withdrawal or a complaint. Those belong to the broker and, if unresolved, to the regulator the client agreement names.
